Staffing Consultants

The job:

• Work closely with the clients in the various industry (i.e logistics, financial, banking, IT) to determine their needs
• Solve / meet their staffing requirements by providing the suitable candidates or solutions
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates to match clients’ job specifications and requirements
• Provide consultative selling to the clients
• Maintain accurate and complete records on all job orders and candidates
• Must be comfortable in interacting with clients in the engineering market / industry

The person:

• Minimum Diploma holder preferably in Sales & Marketing or equivalent

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a target/ sales oriented environment
• Ability to use good judgment and act independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Must display maturity, cultural sensitivity and tact
