IT Helpdesk
The job:
- Interact with end users on a daily basis
- 1st level helpdesk environment
- Support Microsoft/In-House applications
- Supporting/Correspondence with customers via hotline/email
- Problem escalation to 2nd level support and ad hoc admin duties
- Involve in eSolutions implementation for our customers
- Provide eSolutions product presentation and demonstration to our customers
- Provide product training to both internal staff and external customers
- Bridge between operations and IT expectations of IN-House applications
The person:
- Diploma in IT or relevant qualification
- Must have at least 2 years experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, basic networking knowledge
- Posses excellent people skills, good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Good customer relationship skills
