IT Helpdesk

The job:

  • Interact with end users on a daily basis
  • 1st level helpdesk environment
  • Support Microsoft/In-House applications
  • Supporting/Correspondence with customers via hotline/email
  • Problem escalation to 2nd level support and ad hoc admin duties
  • Involve in eSolutions implementation for our customers
  • Provide eSolutions product presentation and demonstration to our customers
  • Provide product training to both internal staff and external customers
  • Bridge between operations and IT expectations of IN-House applications

 

The person:

  • Diploma in IT or relevant qualification
  • Must have at least 2 years experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, basic networking knowledge
  • Posses excellent people skills, good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Good customer relationship skills
