Mature worker loves variety in work; Kelly has been her career connection for almost 20 years!
Anna Miskiel has a diverse background. Before she first came to Kelly almost 20 years ago, she was an administrative assistant, an interior decorator, a car salesperson, and a floral designer. She came to Kelly looking for a new challenge has worked on and off for Kelly ever since.
“I love the variety that Kelly gives me. The jobs are always different and challenging. My supervisors at Kelly have been a God send. They really go the extra mile. They are looking for jobs for me at all times; when I’m done with one assignment, they’re already lining up others for me to go on. It’s great!”
Last year, Anna needed to have reconstructive knee surgery. This was an off-year from Kelly, and she was working full-time at a different job and had to quit due to her surgery. Even though this was a pretty big setback, she knew she had to get back out into the working world, so she contacted Kelly as soon as she felt ready to return to the workforce.
“I’m not one to just sit around. I need to make things happen, and with my knee surgery, I couldn’t go back full-time, and temporay work just worked out much better. As always, the Kelly people were fabulous. They’re very helpful and understanding. I enjoy it very much!”
She is still on that assignment now, doing medical front desk work, quite a different job than what she is normally used to. Change doesn’t bother Anna, she just keeps on going! In her spare time, she’s still hard at work. As a self-proclaimed “flower freak,” she spends a lot of time in her garden and reading up on horticulture. She also enjoys cooking (when there are people to cook for) and driving at night. She recommends Kelly to her friends all the time.
“I always tell them my story. Out of 20 years, I can’t really think of a bad experience I’ve had with Kelly. I plan on working as long as I can, and I know Kelly will help me do that. Kelly is the absolute best employer that you could ever possibly work for!”

She started right away on her new job of transferring the old system of training to a new one. Michelle was able to learn the new system in as little as five days and she was soon training 15 nurses at a time. She says that she loves the challenge, and speaks very highly of Kelly.
“I could not have asked for anyone better than to work for Eric at Kelly Services. They have been really flexible and made arrangements on the fly. They were very prompt, nice, and helpful. They did stuff that they didn’t need to do to make me feel comfortable and happy. I think quality and integrity are two things I would associate with Kelly Services.”
Michelle is going to work for six months on her current assignment, possibly longer if they need her. When she moves back to
“Kelly is quality and integrity. They work to not only satisfy the needs of the client, but also those of the worker. They manage the needs of both in a world where more often than not, one or the other gets lost in the shuffle.”
